We have partners and relationships with venue’s that will allow us to choose a place that is convenient to your participants and offers an environment that supports the experience we are designing together. Costs vary, but many of our partners charge less than $400 for the venue.

Of course! We are here to serve your needs. While we believe the unique way of pairing the education and development curriculum with the wine experience provides a more memorable and “sticky” experience that leads to higher understanding, quicker adoption and more retention, we can certainly customize to what you specifically need. We often provide the wine experiences as lead in / follow up to other programs, or tailor them as appreciation events for all types of needs for your members, employees or customers.

Some of our experiences support non-alcohol drinkers with their own unique experience. For example, we have designed juice blending as an alternative for the Winemaker Blending Experience. The same idea is used for our Wine Detective Experience, where we use juice products for them to blind taste and identify.

We are located in the Triangle area of North Carolina (Raleigh- Durham). We can support anywhere in the United States for Workshops and Wine Experiences, and support customers all over the United States for Questa Consulting. We have worked with groups as small as 8 and as large as 110. However, for most of our engagements we work with teams of 15 – 50 people. We customize the experience to ensure the group has an exceptional time of both education and fun.

A workshop + wine experience ranges from 4 hours to 8 hours typically. We have hosted multi-day workshops as well and either started or ended with the wine experience depending on the goals. For a wine experience only it ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the experience.
