MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION EVENTS

Let us help you say thank you to those that give of their time, talent and treasure to support your organization. Examples include:

Board of Director or Sponsor networking events – a sophisticated way to say thank you for all you do for us
Member Tasting Club – add on to your monthly or quarterly meetings with a short wine tasting element as a great way to bring value to your membership and introduce new members
Tasting Exploration Event – a guided wine tasting event to celebrate a holiday, milestone or fund raising event

In person, in person with a virtual wine expert or fully virtual class availability varies by state and winery partner compliance laws

HOW IT WORKS

Schedule a time

Fill out the inquiry form, then use the calendar scheduler below to find a time that works for you to get started.

Design your experience

Attend a Design session with your assigned wine advisor who will gather the specifics to design the perfect event

Sessions designed to fit your timing; typically 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

Schedule the event date

The date must be at least two weeks from session design finalization.

Gather logistics information

If a virtual event: A branded attendee registration page provided for our winery partner to ensure compliance and shipping details

if an in-person event: All wine kits delivered directly to your location.

Attend the event

Your personal Wine Expert will guide or co-lead the class with you depending on the finalized session design

Events start at $75 per person. Final pricing determined based on class design, in-person or virtual, and number of wines.

WINERY STORIES

The Harrington family moved to Walla Walla in 2005 to make a specific kind of old-world-meets-new Rhône and Bordeaux varietals. Their goal was to utilize the near perfect growing conditions near Walla Walla to create some of the best-reviewed wines from the region. The results are intense, yet restrained; elegant, yet earthy. Gramercy Cellars is our partner for gift giving as well as many of our event experiences.

PROJECT M was founded in 2016 by Meg & Jerry Murray. With over 30 years of collective wine industry experience, their greatest ambition is to have their wines there when you are living your special moments. They provide elegant Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Rosé and Riesling from distinctive sites in the Willamette Valley. Project M is our partner for gift giving as well as many of our event experiences. Jerry is also sought out for corporate speaking on a regular basis.

The Ehlers family history, within the wine business, began in the early days of prohibition. Located in Lodi, CA, the current Ehlers family vineyards are comprised of Merlot, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Verdelho (a rare, Portuguese white wine), Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Burger, and Syrah grapes. Current production of their wines is at 4500 cases per year. They are also known for creating fan themed wines like Wines That Rock through CBS Studios and the Jean Luc Picard series through the Star Trek franchise. E2 Family Winery is our partner for blending classes, and corporate gift and incentive programs.

Four Eleven Wine, a collaboration between Gramercy Cellars and Bleadsoe Wine Estates, was started with two goals in mind: to have a fantastic Seattle home for our Washington wines and to offer small winery international wines in the store and online. Four Eleven is our partner in securing outstanding international wines for our event experiences.

The wine education experience I had with Danielle was great. I am a wine novice and she was able to help me understand why I like the wines I like, how to select wines in a restaurant and what to look for when tasting a wine. I like to understand why I like something so knowing about the regions, how soil and weather make a difference in the growing process and how grapes can be blended to make a different taste was of great interest to me.
